Collaborated with Nihon Denwa Shizetzu Cooperation & initiated Staff Training in Japan for Optical Fiber Technology
(First in South East Asia).

Expanded our footprint to reach the entire Island, as a single Telecom contractor for Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) undertaking Copper and Fiber network development.

Diversified the Company to undertake General Engineering Construction activities such as Water Supply & Sewerage,
Roads & Bridges,
Electrical Engineering, and Buildings & Civil Works.

Established a fully-owned Subsidiary in
India - Sierra Engineering & Construction (India) Pvt limited to
develop Fiber Optic Telecommunication Networks for TATA, Bharati, & Reliance Infocom.

Established operations in Qatar and Executed a large scale Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Project including M&E for UNOPS in Sri Lanka.

Entering to the Maldives Market to develop water supply system in Male.

Initiated operations in Myanmar offering Telecommunication Services to multinationals such as edotco, Oreedo, and Telnor.

Completed construction of Tier III - TCCF Certified Data Center.
Engaged in Large scale water supply projects with Dutch and Austrian Contractor financing.

Completed a Design & Build project for the Converge Data Center.
Awarded the single largest Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) contract for SLT.
Completed second section of the Central Expressway with Contractor financing.
